About to start boycotting my favorite restaurants and just going to Subway for a $10 salad or just make my own salad

I need low/no sugar everything so I use to buy sunbutter. It was expensive but not overly but now it is $8 for a 16oz jar. I don't skip it because I can't afford it, I am just not paying that much for it.

I have 4 boys. 17, 15, 13, 12. School just ended.
I've told them they're just gonna have to eat meals. Ain't doing snacks this summer. I won't bore you with all the details but every 2 weeks I buy 10 gallons of milk. Right now $4.35 gallon at Wal-Mart, only grocery store we've got within 35 miles.

This was me for a while. We stopped buying breakfast cereal and milk consumption dropped down to about 3 gallons per week.

Wow, that's a lot of milk
We were milk kids growing up too. I probably haven't bought milk for non-recipe drinking since I moved out at 19, though. Love it, but my waistline doesn't.

I don’t buy Clausens pickles anymore.
But that’s only because I can’t ever find them

Not sure if this has been mentioned or not but gas for me. It was $90 to fill up my truck today. Wife and I had our anniversary trip last week and I guarantee we spent close to $400 in gas alone (8 hour drive) to central TX. Of course we still put gas in our vehicles but when it comes to visiting family we try to space it out a lot more.
