Any Teetotalers on the OT?

I don’t drink alcohol, mainly because I can’t stand the taste, but knowing myself, I don’t drink because I have a fear of developing a bad habit. Anybody else have reasons for not drinking alcohol?
I will say, however, that people who drink probably have a lot more fun than those of us who don’t lol.

I’m done with booze. Far too many times has a couple turned into way too much.

Lol it’s kinda an old-fashioned term, but essentially it means one who completely abstains from alcohol

Never had a sip in my life. Never felt the need to have alcohol to have a good time. Ya makes me stand out a bit like an oddball, esp at tailgates etc but don't give a frick. 40+ years and going strong!
Exactly the reason why I don't drink. I know myself. If I start I will prolly over do it, have tendency to do that.......so why start?

I don’t drink. Only did a few times. Really don’t understand the idea behind it or why people drink to be honest. May be partially because I didn’t grow up with it. Family didn’t drink. We weren’t taught it was bad, it just simply wasn’t around. Didn’t really come up in conversation

I drink very rarely now. Main reason is because I like beer, but it makes me so bloated I can hardly drink more than 3 or 4.

I stopped drinking as much as I used to Bc I was throwing up blood when I drank. Ruined my last 2 relationships and led to a frick ton of bad decisions. I’ll drink a beer or two every now and then. Maybe go out to drink with friends once every few months.
