Every traditional doc must be paid a shite ton of money to get patients on Zoloft, it wreaked havoc on me and I stopped it cold turkey (could not cum and stomach issues). Ask for a different medication if that is indeed what you are taking. You could try 5HTP for depression before bedtime and it will help you sleep.

Paxil was the worst for me with that. You have to be honest with your doctor and see what they can do. Paxil though...I sympathize with you. The thing that sucks about those meds is they just have to try different combos a lot of the time until something works.
If nothing else see if they can lower the dose but from what I remember Paxil specifically is the worst for that stuff.
It was a little while ago but I think I had some success and few side effects with celexa and wellbutrin. Everyone's different though, what sucks about psych meds is there's a lot of trial and error until you find something that works.

someone already mentioned bupropion. just remember that your 40mg of paroxetine is going to require a very long taper. never stop the paroxetine cold turkey.

Wellbutrin helps counter act the anorgasmia. I would ask about it. Not a good single agent for people with anxiety as it can make it worse.
Viibryd and trintellix are both good antidepressants without as many issues with ejaculation.
