Any real good ENT specialist in Baton Rouge?

Long story short. I deal with some sort of irritant that makes me get bad ear infections. Spent two years with ENT at LENTS and came up with I have a mild allergy to dust. Unknown why my ears have these flair ups. He put tubes in which helped probably 50% but doctor thinks only option is permanent tubes. Allergy therapy failed as he thinks in an irritant causing the issue not an allergy.
Would like a second opinion. Any great ENTs that I can give a shot to?

I went to one at the BR clinic awhile back. Forgot his name, but I had no problems.
