I have a 19, no issues. We have several Ram work trucks that our guys don’t always take great care of and they hold up really well.

Would look 1000x better without the parking lot slicks. Sorry, but those tires belong on a car.

AT’s would look better. But I’m a little older and all about the comfort now days. Plus I have a Jeep with mud tires to satisfy my “look at my mud grips”!

Theres no drain plug for the transmission. I wouldn't buy one of those for nothing.

I’ve rented two rams and don’t like them. I normally drive an F-350. Ram feels like a car with a truck bed. maybe all 1/2 ton trucks are like that, but I was throwed off by the round dial shifter and it was only downhill from there.

I mean, what do you want the guy to say? He’s a Ram owner sharing his experience. That’s what the OP is asking for.

My Tundra most certainly does not feel like a car.

Ram truck owners

That's like a JBE voter. It will be tough to find someone that will admit it without evidence.

It looks like all the engine options have this. First I've heard of this. I thought the Hemis were good engines.

I have a '14 JGC w/the 5.7 Hemi and have had zero issues with it. I don't see why the Hemi would have issues in the Ram.

2016 Ram 2500. 6.4Hemi

Did not buy new. Did not need diesel but did need the heavier frame for towing.

Daily driver, previously had only owned half ton ford's and really liked them.

Looked for a gas f250 but at time inventory was low in the texas/la/ms region.

Decided to check out what Ram had to offer in that market and I liked what I saw.

I would buy again no doubt. I'd love to have gotten a 1500 rebel. Def do not settle on a trim ..truly get the truck you want.

Baw, i had a F-250 last truck and it was great but wanted to change it up and try something else.

Went 2020 ram 2500 and i love it. Great truck.

Most are great as long as you treat it well

I have a 2019 Ram 2500 with 6.4. It’s been great so far but it’s still early. I have owned 4 other Dodge trucks in the past and never had an issue with any of them.

Sold my 1999 Ram 1500 back in July. 220K +/- miles.
Only major issues, changed water pump and high pressure side power steering hose.
Routine maintenance, oil, tires, breaks etc etc
Bought a Ram 1500 Big Horn back in 2016. Zero issues so for.

Are there any options you wish you got. Debating on split tailgate and ram box.

I lived my Ram boxes, but so did the shitty people near my neighborhood. I had to get them repaired twice because some POS tried to break into them. Neither time were they able to get into them. But still did damage.

I’m on my 3rd Ram and won’t ever drive anything else. I had Chevy’s before and they were good trucks, but not nearly as comfortable and dependable as my Ram’s have been.

We have a basic 2018/2019, 4 door, 6 cyl, half ton at work and it's been great both mechanically and wrt wear & tear..
Before corona, it had about 60,000 miles.

This guy knows. Their motors are shite, very few make it past 100k without needing a rebuild or replace.

Ram makes the nicest looking interior and exterior on trucks today, has for a few years now.

Their question to me has always been reliability, but that apparently doesn't matter to very many people.
