Any property law attorneys here?

Here is the deal:
live in Florida, so I know laws vary. But, long story short:
I purchased a house (it was a flip) 8 months ago. Everything on the inside is brand new. Since then, I’ve noticed the hardwood floor underneath the laminate is buckling in a few places. I rip up the laminate and the hardwood floor is wet and rotting basically in my entire dining room. I now have to replace the hardwood flooring underneath, treat for mold, treat for termites, and put a vapor barrier underneath the house (I have a crawl space).
Do I have any legal recourse against the seller?
Thanks in advance.

I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express once. What's your question?

The first email will be the 8 page Client Representation Agreement, plus instructions on how to send the non-refundable fee for new clients and the $500 retainer against which he will bill his hourly fee.
