At age 13 I saw Oswald murdered on live TV. I knew then, as I know now, that the JFK hit was a conspiracy.
The three most interesting players in the conspiracy are George de Mohrenschildt and Michael and Ruth Paine. The connections of those three people lead to Allen Dulles and George H. W. Bush.
Dulles was the CIA head that JFK fired after the Bay of Pigs. Bush was a covert CIA agent.

JFK was a very popular president, especially after he stood up to the Soviets, and his wife's popularity was even higher.
I remember hearing about it right after lunch at school, another kid told me, he was happy because his dad was a republican.
The school put tv's in the classrooms so we could watch the funeral.
I also saw Oswald get shot on live tv. It was a Sunday evening as I recall. Everyone was shocked. There were some questions raised about conspiracy after that, but it was Mark Lane's book "Rush to Judgement" that really set things off.
Personally I believe Oswald acted alone.

I was in Jr. High at the Catholic school in Franklin. The entire place was in shock. On Sunday afternoon, when Ruby shot Oswald, my old Italian grandmother said in her broken English, "that's so he don't spill the beans"! Wisdom!

I was in 4th grade, everyone said the Russian were going to nuke us. It scared the shite out of me.

I was a wee child when this happened. Remember my Mom running thru the house screaming, "They shot Kennedy". It has been a lifelong interest of mine. The book "Mafia Kingfish" is a fascinating read that sheds light on so many key events from that era. Long story short, Bobby Kennedy hated Marcello and the Mafia and decided to challenge them. JFK shooting was a direct result, along with his own demise. Marcello had EVERYBODY in his back pocket, all the way up to Nixon & LBJ.

After reading some about it and doing the tour in Dallas I find this very hard to believe. He legit would have had such a easy shot with him coming straight at him but decided to wait till after the turn? Yeah I know nerves and everything but I am not buying it.

Almost no one who lived in the 1960s believes that Oswald killed JFK. We all knew that our democracy had been stolen from us. We've never gotten it back.

Actor Richard Belzer wrote an interesting book about suspicious deaths possibly related to the JFK hit.

~2.5 years old when JFK went down, so no recollection.
When MLK and RFK were assassinated in Spring/Summer of 1968 was the first "National Tragedy" I can remember.

After Kennedy all the way up to Reagan assassinations or the attempts must have become the Backroom Boys preferred method to get rid of problems, since they got away with JFK.
King getting too uppity? Whack him. Bobby Kennedy in the White House? Can't have that he'll find out who killed Jack.
Whack him.
Malcolm X? Whack him too. George Wallace? Oh hell no he's getting way too many votes Whack that cracker. Ronald Reagan Whack him. On and on and on. Hell there are those who think the whacking started with George Patton.

Small world--John Hinckley, Jr., the man who tried to kill Reagan was a personal friend of VP George H. W. Bush's family.
BUSH ANGLE TO REAGAN SHOOTING STILL UNRESOLVED AS HINCKLEY WALKS
Read Russ Baker's factual book about the secrets of the Bush family and be amazed.

The Mr X scene in JFK was one of the best scenes in any movie I've ever seen.

Is Hale Boggs listed in there? I’ll have to see if my sister has that book - she loves this stuff.
I always found it weird that most of the main players in the warren commission died not too long after - and that Gerald Ford got to be president - and he was never elected to the office (not even elected VP)
But I guess anything can be made into a conspiracy if one looks hard enough
