Any of you guys going to a viewing of the WWI documentary They Shall Not Grow Old

Showing today and December 27th at select theaters. Looks to be rather well made. My son is a pretty big WWI history buff, so I'm most looking forward to seeing how much he enjoys it.

The visuals are fantastic. I'm not sure how I'm going to like the audio added, though. Most people have said it's not distracting.

The audio in the trailer kinda gives me chills. Might be slightly annoying if I was watching at home, but I think it's going to really add some value since I'm seeing it in theaters.

I wanted to go and see it. It looks like a great one to see. Of course its going to be on while I'm at work or the Saints are playing. I hope it goes to Netflix or dvd so I can watch it later.

I watched it a week or two back. Pretty good. I figured it would be more like a documentary, but rather it was a series of voice recordings over the videos. It was still good, don't get me wrong, but don't go in thinking it's going to give you specifics about WWI. It's entirely from the point of view from the infantry on the front.

I'm hoping that the dialog and interviews are overlaid on top of the footage, and that they don't cut away very often.
