Best thing about Rabbs burgers were it didn’t need anything but the meat & bun! Damn those were money!!! Willie Nelson playing Rabbs was awesome.

Dont forget Honky Tonk, rip.
Those kind of places were pretty popular at the time and Ruston didnt have an actual "club"...step inside at nighttime and you're glowing all night long. And either fighting or getting out of the way of one.

Rubbs burgers were awesome. So were Griffs in a different way

Everybody keeps saying Rabbs, is that mistaken for Griff's? Griff's was the stuff and still is to this day.

One was an open grill charcoal burger with a metric ton of flavor and one was made on a griddle that hadn’t been cleaned since the Truman administration. Both good but no comparison.

IMO the best burger in town these days is Grown n Grazed food truck by the courthouse. Nitro ice cream and bbq trucks there also.

When is Wyly Tower coming down? I've seen architect renderings of it's replacement for that eyesore and looks great.
Or maybe its already down?
