I have 3 kids, oldest being 8. Even he isn't old enough for pills. Their amoxicillan is liquid like every other normal doctor would prescribe a kid.

I usually coat the pill with a heavy layer of peanut butter. Wait a minute.....sorry! That's what I do when I give my dog her heartworm pills.
