Take it if you get symptoms. If you don't get symptoms, you don't need it. It has a 65 year track record of safety. But don't let your symptoms progress. If you get symptomatic, get on it and kill the virus.
Hopefully, you also were prescribed a multi-spectrum AB and Zinc too? The 3 work in conjunction. HCQ allows the zinc into the human cells. Zinc kills it and keeps it from replicating. The AB helps fight off latent bacteria.

No. CNN said it was bad to take.

I actually had dinner with a woman last weekend who is an infectious diseases expert at univ of Miss medical center. She is working on multiple studies at umc on a variety of drug protocols. In summary what she said was
Hydroxychloroquine has absolutely no benefit. And the umc studies mirror multiple other studies. It doesn't work.
The remdesivir (sp?) Shows moderate help in reducing death. But has no effect once the patient is ventilated. (Almost nothing works once mechanical ventilation is necessary).
She mentioned one class of steroid that was actually better than anything. I didn't catch the name. But she said: "Most steroids are in the xyz class. This one is in the abc class. Totally different chemistry and mode of action. And it is really working."
That's all I got....

Wanna know how I know who she voted for in 2016 and will vote in 2020?

Not really, no.
I was incredibly interested in her amazing tits. Her political proclivities never entered my mind.

What about these studies?
72 studies - 42 peer reviewed
Were they treating patients early or late? There is a small window for it to work but when it does, it works well. It MUST be combined with zinc and an AB too. A lot of studies that don't show effectiveness were given at the wrong times, without the AB or zinc, and used really toxic doses.

I have minor symptoms, no fever what feels like a head cold. Was also called in a z-pac, have a multivitamin with zinc in it

How did they prove that the recoveries were due to the drug and not simply the result of the fact that individual was never going to have a bad case to begin with? Many folks recover with little to no symptom progression without any treatment, so how do you prove the efficacy of a drug that is assumed to only help early on when symptoms are mild?

You should know that it isn't effective on pussies.

She has a PhD in Infectious Disease Pharmacology. UMMC brought her in on a special contract to consult with their covid drug protocol program. She's also helping out with their STD work around some new treatments they're using for syphilis and drug resistant gonorrhea.
She's smarter, better educated, and more informed on this subject than you are.
And her tits are real, and they're amazing. And I have primary knowledge of this fact.
You simply don't know what you're talking about.
