not a doc but that seems like a lot of stims to be ingesting everyday, i imagine its still in your system when you try to go to bed. when i was prescribed and took daily, i would usually have to drink quite a bit to fall asleep for a few hours, was not a healthy routine
I don't have any problem falling asleep 90% of the time, when I do I'll take 10mg Ambien and I'm out. So, it hasn't been a big deal for me.

So on top of taking 70mg Vyvanse in the morning and 20mg Adderall in the afternoon, you're also taking 10mg Ambien???

Like once or twice a month. Don't think that's an issue.
ETA: Apparently everyone on the OT is a fricking doctor, I never knew.

I did. It was likely caused by scar tissue building up over the years when I had chronic strep throat.
I elected to have UPPP surgery and a sinuplasty to correct it.
It's not for everyone by a long shot and it hurts like he'll and recovery is about three weeks, but it worked for me.

You get better sleep.
Wife gets better sleep because you're not snoring.
CPAP >> marriage counseling.

I love my cpap for the last 12 years, will not sleep without it
My last cpap auto titration resmed from CPAP.COM was 540 bucks delivered to the house. A replacement facemask assembly is about 105 dollars
The technology behind a cpap is far less than anything you will purchase from the Walmart electronics dept.
There are many more pages of injuries from earbuds than from cpaps
the scam.....Regulatory requirements require that you have two separate sleep tests with a combined cost between 2 thousand and 10 thousand dollars depending on the the provider. Some general practitioners will write a valid script for the purchase that will be accepted by cpap.com if you you forgo insurance coverage.
the scam part 2....Referrals will be made to link you with a cpap service provider, that will be accepted by your insurance company. Frequently NOT a good deal as your copays will exceed the out right purchase cost in less than a year, I get about 5 years on a cpap which is way cheaper.
Privacy issue.... In the last two years, bluetooth shipping of compliance data is becoming common place from your device to the supplier, insurance company, state police, and Joe Biden. This is suggested as an aid. It can only be used against you.
I love my cpap..........cpap scams are the worst Durable Medical Equipment scams out there.

It was a fricking bitch....probably the worst pain I've ever been through.....my recovery was a little longer but I swear I didnt get out of bed or eat anything for 5 days straight......I had to go back bc of some complications but thankfully the antibiotics took care of those

My cpap has been life changing for the most part. I'm maybe 10 pounds overweight, but even prior to that, I had severe difficulty sleeping, would constantly wake up all hours of the night.
Did a sleep study and apparently I had sleep apnea bad. Got on a CPAP 20 years ago and generally speaking sleep a good 5-6 hours most nights.
I would suggest trying a mask that doesn't go over your entire face. I found the Phillips dreamwear to be very comfortable and not intrusive.

Also...it's not because I'm overweight. I'm 6'1 and 185lbs.
In reality you’re 5’10” 230 lbs. Lose about 50 and see how that helps.

I have a friend who told me their mom, who uses one, at first chose to lease it (didn't know that would even be an option), but after they got out of that bought one outright. Then they get their supplies from CPAP.com and Amazon.
Will they try to push leasing one on you? Also, I browsed a website and it seems like there are a ton of CPAP machines...how do you pick/know which one is solid?

Look guys, I don't respond to lower doses. I've even had a Genesight test and it confirmed that I metabolize amphetamines faster than the average person, hence why I need the higher dose.
I’m gonna have to suggest one of these tests to my cousin. He’s afflicted with fibromyalgia and he keeps running out of his OxyContin before the refill date. He probably just metabolizes it quicker

Not sure if you're serious or being sarcastic, but Genesight does reveal how you metabolize opioids as well.
