Surely at some point in his 20 year career as a reserve Sheriff's Deputy in Jefferson Parish he busted at least one of you tweakers?
If anybody in Hollywood is trustworthy, it's Steven Seagal. So if Steven Seagal says he secretly worked 20 years in law enforcement between filming movies, then goddamnit I'm going to believe Steven Seagal.
Btw, anybody not familiar with how his law enforcement "careers" in both Louisiana and Arizona ended, do yourself a favor and look up those stories. It's magnificent what a POS this dude is

Doesn’t he live in a Russian dojo or something ridiculous

His activities, if memory serves, were largely confined to the West Bank.

I know a guy originally from Louisiana who's a lawyer in Los Angeles. He does some entertaiment law once in a while and has done work for Jackson Browne and Seagal, who also know each other. One time he mentioned to Seagal a party Jackson Browne was giving, to which Seagal hadn't been invited. He said it was like the Seinfeld episode with Crazy Joe Davola. He later learned that Seagal sent back a guitar Jackson Browne had given him.

While he was in Louisiana filming his reality show he held a woman captive as a sex slave for over a week. Got fired as a Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Deputy
Took his reality show shtick to Maricopa County in Arizona, where he lead a raid on the property of a man accused of cockfighting. In the process of serving a warrant for animal cruelty, Seagal drives a tank over than man's chicken coops killing hundreds of chickens, and the man's puppy ended up shot dead. Oh, and the man turned out to be innocent

His show about being a cop in JP was awesome. Zen-sense!

Seagal's brain must have been running on empty to send back a Jackson Browne guitar.

That was the defensive tactic system that was taught in the first law enforcement academy I attended back in the late 90s. Done properly, you can defeat just about anybody in hand-to-hand combat. It takes proper training AND calm nerves.

I loved that show where his eyes would glow yellow when he drove past a Criminal.
