Don't know about BR, but most cities station their mobile command center around town from time to time just to show a presence.

I heard they have drones now that can locate driving behavior consistent with driving drunk. Follow it until a unit can get there, stop them, do their investigation.

That may be a thing, but BRPD barely has enough working units to fill a shift. I doubt they have drones.
