I hope he gets some form of cancer that, while not killing him because death is too harsh a punishment for this, will still give him chronic medical problems for rest of his life that will drive him to severe mental breakdown. He will die a homeless failure under a bridge amongst trash, rats, and filth.

On a brighter note, the teller suspected something was wrong and asked him to come inside to complete the transaction. He refused and left the woman at the bank, so he didn’t actually get any money.

They should catch people like this and have them chained up in the town square, then allow anyone to come along and abuse them however they like, consequence free.
