I read the full post, but not the 8 pages of comments. SIAP

I believe she is responsible for her beloved 1 foot of grass outside of her fence line. Make sure she (likely a yard company) mows it. If not, you'll have a very concrete complaint to bring to HOA

It won't be an issue. I'll be putting in red tips along here this weekend and if she wants to trim the one foot between my property and hers from over the fence, great! She just won't be able to enter my yard or send her work crew in. In a few years they'll be over the top of the fence and she can trim away all she wants.

this is excellent, but the aikido approach would be to move.
His pregnant wife asked him to find them a new house (while holding his collar, so we know this was not really a "request"), so that should be all there is to it.

this reminds me of the old saw:
how can you tell a request from a demand?
by how they act if you don't do what is "requested".

Don't engage her when she's on the ladder. No matter what she says or does, ignore her.

Get a drone and fly it at her whenever she is screaming out of her window or try to knock her off the fricking latter with it.

That's crying shame what she did to that Oak tree. That would have sent me over the edge.

Just compliment her when she starts yelling at you.

You have lovely eyes.

That's a beautiful shirt you have. Is that new?

Did you do something to your hair? It looks excellent.

It'll drive her completely nuts.

Just pull out your cell phone and start recording where she can see it and don't say a word. Do it long enough to get video then call a lawyer.

Draw more bees with honey, when first you don't succeed and have exhausted all positive approaches, frick it, turn on the bitch and fight fire with fire...

Bet she'll understand that...

I read it and agree to call the police and let them read this narrative. Then, let them do their thing.

Not sure about Texas but in Louisiana if a property owner places a fence within their property line, any neighboring owners have the right to possess up to the fence.

You're going to have to seduce and sleep with this woman, no way around it. You may have to hit it multiple times.

And for the love of all that is holy, wear a condom for this one.

I'm not sure either. Any Texas attorneys on here? It would be funny if that is true.

My fishing buddy called earlier and I told him about it. He suggested putting up two of those motion-activated water sprinklers along the inside of the fence so that the next time she decides to climb up over the fence she gets sprayed. I think this is an excellent idea and worthy of putting on YouTube. I am thinking it through.

Id recommend trying to video all of her interactions. Hell an outdoor system is cheap these days. Id also get in touch with the husband and find out if maybe the lady has a legitimate health issue where maybe she is bipolar. You def need to do everything you can to protect your family bc Im sure she will eventually be sueing you for something.

I can't believe I read all of that.

1) where do you live?

2) do you like your house enough to stay there?

3) have you considered suing her?

I actually think HubbaBubba needs to document some stuff or this woman will bury him in her 1 foot of fence area and then bitch that the flowers on the grave are on her property.

Seriously tho... in case this batshit, OCD, lady, goes a step further call the police to your home. Tell them to park down the street and walk up or she will see them.

Or better yet, ask them to meet you at a IHOP up the road. Or, batshit crazy neighbor lady will be doing this...
