If your question had been sincere, one answer would be that there's a ton of world famous musicians from NO, few of whom (other than Louis Armstrong) have things named for them. Fats Domino, Allen Toussaint, Pete Fountain, Dr John, Louis Prima, Mahalia Jackson any number of Nevilles and Marsalises, etc etc.And same idea but with chefs: Paul Prudhomme, Leah Chase, etc. etc.
