More than a week ago, 2 dudes, Jase and Josh, from England visited a trashy Shreveport Hotel and got “saved” by Lake Charles who brought them down to stay at the L'Auberge and visited several food establishments and par took in some crawfish eating. They also went visit Duck Dynasty and were at the Rayne Frog Festival yesterday.

Well today they announced they are heading to Houma.

What do you think they will find down there?

They should go get a lunch special at TARC. I'm partial to the pork chops and smothered potatos.

I just know people in Shreveport are pissed. The entire thing with the hotel and L’Auberge definitely seemed staged.

But they have get through the wash board of US 90 first.

I was yelling at the screen telling the idiot not to lay on the ground fricking with the gator. He had no idea how fast they can swim and run.

So they conspired with L’Auberge to make Shreveport shitty? Talk about playing the long game

My favorite was them eating crawfish.

One dude dipped the whole unpeeled crawfish in the dip and took a bite.

The other was getting OT’s favorite 350 dollar Wagyu Tomahawk steak at Ember.

Just seems a tad odd that professional travelers would just happen to book the shittiest hotel in Shreveport and instead of just booking another hotel in Shreveport, drive 4 hours south to Lake Charles to be “saved”.

I don’t really care. I’m not mad like some up here are. But it definitely stinks of something.

Definitely probably has to do with Marketing.

I am not saying the Shreveport stop was staged, but I would be willing to bet the Marketing gurus at visit Lake Charles kicked in to high gear. They also wore Visit Lake Charles Shirts.

Hopefully, they don’t end up at some crappy Houma hotel. I wonder if they will end up at the Courtyard Marriott, it is not like Houma has 5 star accommodations.

Casino's in Shreveport are nice besides the actual gambling floors. Margaritaville is cool.

We’ve messaged them about our Cajun restaurant we’re opening in the Uk.
Haven’t heard back from them yet.

If you’re not a closed minded frick you can use a little objectivity to find the good spots of a town instead of staying at the Crackbaby Inn & Suites and then making a sweeping generalization.

Absolutely. They are always looking for the greatest amount of views and/or comments.
