I closed in half of my garage and made a man cave/sports room. It's not a permanent room because eventually we will be moving, but you couldn't tell that I guess. I have all my sports memorabilia in there, a tv and my PS4, etc.

I do and my wife and kids always try to take it. Got a good stereo system, 110" projection video, pretty sweet stuff on the walls and the obligatory kitschy shite all over the room.
I bitch about the kids and wife but it's a great room for the kids to hang out with friends or for us having company over.

More like a crap cave. Tools, fishing, hunting, golf, old house shite my wife want throw away with the shite I want throw away, with a 32" tv. Hope to build another shed and put that shite in there and fix up the cave. Oh well a good place to get away but no air or heat.

Back when I was young and single I bought my first house, a shotgun in the Lower 9th Ward that I grew up in. It was 5 rooms and a bath with an attached utility lean too on the back.
Two of my rooms were devoted to building motorcycles. I'd either ride the bikes up a ramp or if apart, carry them in and start putting them back together in the house.
I even used my bathtub as a giant parts washer a few times when tearing apart bikes that were pretty nasty with a build-up of crud.
