You do realize that it’s still summer, right? And for those in the deep south, September is normally just August again….

F yourself. I work hard. When I come home, im going to be comfortable. I'm in florida and I set it at 68 during the day, 66 at night. I'm more worried about running my ac into the ground than the energy cost, the affect on the planet is waaaaaay down the list of why id gaf.

He need not worry. I’m sure our fed gov will be right along to outlaw usage in the summer and heat in cold of winter.

I spent a night in this a couple months ago. No covers, naked, directly under the ceiling fan. I slept through the night. It wasn’t near as bad as I thought, though I was dog tired which helped. Hanging out during the day was much worse

Does he also believe in not running heaters in the winter? They also consume energy that’s generated by fossil fuels!

I don’t use ac in the summer, i just use a fan. Save about $1200 a year.

I'm guessing ole Stan doesn't live where the humidity and temperatures don't add up to 175 in July and August.
