Started talking to this girl and everything went smoothly but she made it pretty clear that her job will always come first and can sometimes go a day or two without texting/calling.

So who's the going to be the "girl" in this relationship?

Sorry, got called in. Anyway I'll answer as much as I can right here.

First, she told me this on our first date so... We're not technically dating yet. Though does seem kinda fishy and I agree with what others have said about not being able to text at least once or twice a day. Granted I asked her about that and she told me that when she has a bad day or is just stressed, she hardly looks at her phone.

Next, she is 25 and works in film though not really sure what she does. I just know she's constantly moving around town and apparently works 12 hour days every week.

Again, if she is leading on other dudes, oh well. We've only gone out once but I do like her.

I work in film too and if she is working on a shoot it's believable to me that she wouldn't be able to take a call or text on some days.

A nurse that puts her career first?

Trust me I thought the same thing. Most women become nurses because they do want to work, but they usually have a good grasp on balancing life and work and only work extra when money is tight. With my friend's ex she was working 5 12s a week. Granted she was trying to buy a home and working a bunch to pay for downpayment/closing costs...however her comments to him about work were huge red flags to me. She told him she could never just work 3 12s a week cause what would she do with that many days off a week? Told him that isn't normal and with her it will always be some reason why she is working so much. On her days off she was always tired and never wanted to do anything. So basically he never saw her and when he did...she whined about how tired she was(well no shite...quit working 5 12s a week). Basically the bitch was just batshit crazy(but really hot, hence why he put up with it for longer than he should have). Thank goodness he finally kicked that chick to the curb.

That was kinda the same face I made but again, she told me this the first time we met. It's not like we've been dating a year and she all of a sudden isn't responding. She also noted how it sounds and says that a couple relationships have ended because of it.

25?

She doesn't know what a career is, probably a glorified secretary or errand girl

Exactly. Like most of these career women who barely make enough to pay their suv note, wardrobe costs and child care. I'm talking married ones too. Such a joke.

"career" in the film industry in Louisiana? LOLOLOLOL

Uhhhhhh......No!

2nd...you had one date and you "like her"? And she's already discussed how she mistreated others and will you as well?

It's a lie kid. She's just a dumb bitch who thinks she's important....She's not

depends what she does TBH.

grunt workers like grips and PAs are hardly ever salaried and can be boned if the shoots dry up.

if you are something like an editor and can get a job at production house you can easily make 6 figures and have a decent amount of security.

If you are the type of man who doesn't mind being overlooked and underappreciated, it might work.

To be prepared for what's to come, go do the dishes and clean the toilets.
