I used to work with ofc Williams’ oldest son. He and I are the same age, so he was 6 when his dad was murdered by this POS.
He never really talked about it, but, did mention that his dad was NOPD and was killed when he was a kid. I looked up the case myself and was shocked when I saw it.
He is the spitting image of his dad, too.

I know the homicide detective that led the investigation. He was the main source for a book on the subject, killer with a badge. He said she was the most cold hearted person he had ever met. That coming from a 30+ year NOPD cop.

She didn't just frequent it, she and Ronnie worked details there.

Want to know why the public defender system is broke —-here you go. Funding endless appeals simply to prevent a death sentence. Things what happens when people with a political agenda (anti death penalty) are allowed to manage a public service. Rather than manage for the whole , they manage it to carry out their agenda. They rather bank riot the system on cases like this and cry wolf about 5th Amd violations for “lack of funding” than provide defense to a truly indigent person at the trial level.

I thought this was going to be a snarky Anne Frank thread

I don’t remember that. But I definitely remember her executing that Vietnamese family in that restaurant. A restaurant she frequented and knew all of the family members. 100% pure evil. The fact she is still alive is mind blowing
The handling of death penalty appeals is retarded. Despite the well-established rule that matters not raised are deemed waived on appeal, for these cases they can raise new issues all the fricking time. Lawyers buy time by piecemealing their appeals.
You should only get one shot, so make it count.
