Not sure who it falls on but if there are legit riots somebody dropped the ball. A cop was shot earlier in the week and to not burn their forest down then is pretty weak

If law enforcement just turned a blind eye for a couple hours the local outlaw motorcycle gangs could rid this problem in no time. Just like when the FBI used Mafia members on the Klan in the 60's.
