I'd assume because he is a sane, well adjusted, civilized human being who would have something at stake, whether it be a job, family, etc... that would prevent him from acting like a wild animal. Correct.
Portland in a shite hole and the Mayor supports ANTFIA.
He's told his LEO's to lay off ANTIFA, but if/when outsiders come into Portland they are not afforded the same rules.
