I suppose you just want to find out because of muh economies.
Besides the fact I never mentioned models, I don't know why when people assume models are incorrect, they are going to be wrong in their favor. I simply asked what amount of risk you are willing to take on your kids lives.
Can’t answer the question BamaClown? ... if we went whole hog on a carbon tax, what would be the projected reduction in temperatures 50 and 100 years down the road (using the IPCCs own numbers and assumptions)?

We have plenty of evidence that it was warmer 1000 years ago when the Vikings were able to settle parts of Greenland and had sheep (not possible today).
Uh, there are still sheep farms on Greenland. But, you're right, the farmers are struggling to keep the sheep. Not because it's too cold, but because it's too fricking hot and dry which is suppressing feed.
But you go on with your fairy tales, kiddo.

Whether you believe it's man made or not, the caps melting and Antarctica hitting 65 degrees is not a good thing and it shouldn't be particularly controversial to say so.
They will melt and then all of it will freeze again and so forth and so on. The amount of time it takes for this to happen is extraordinary. Its pointless to even argue. Do you even history bro?

This happens all the time and can be more dramatic than 3 degrees.
Have you ever heard of LaNina, El Niño, Gulf Stream, Gulf Loop Current, etc? All these have primarily nothing to do with man. It is all controlled by too many different factors like prevailing winds and the sun.
Should man try to do something structurally to stop these naturally occurring phenomena from changing water temperatures. Heck a simple volcanic eruption can spew so much particulate matter in the atmosphere that temperatures can fall worldwide.

There isn't a fricking thing Democrats are going to do about it either, even if humans do contribute to global warming. We are all sheep.
The elites jet around the world bitching about people burning 1/1000000th of the fuel they do and you frickers lap it up

A dude posts a random thread pointing out that Antarctica has reached extraordinarily high temperatures. Nothing about man-made climate change. Nothing about politics. Just pointing out that it's probably not a good thing that Antarctica is so fricking warm.
What happens?
4 pages of blasting dems, calling climate change a hoax, calling the data into question, etc...
And I'm the one, by pointing out ice cores distinctly tell us the caps are melting at unprecedented rates, who thinks he got the "huge gotcha" moment?
Whether you believe it's man made or not, the caps melting and Antarctica hitting 65 degrees is not a good thing and it shouldn't be particularly controversial to say so.
Since Antarctica was ice free at one time. I’d think the temperatures then were a lot warmer than today’s record.

I read about this today. The fact that most of the idiots in this thread voted down a fact of nature is pathetic. I knew it was bad. Would never imagined it is this bad

The world is going to end in 10 years. All we need is more government funding to solve it.

Well, could you put this into terms for us flat earthers?

Trees used to grow in Antarctica, I highly doubt its the hottest temp ever.

I agree. We should all take a lesson on how to live from these climate change activists leading the DNC!
One of them uses more resources daily than 100 or more average Americans.
I figure once we are in real danger they will start living like they tell us to live until then we are good.

Climate change is a total and complete hoax. Anyone who isn't brain dead can see it.

Wrong. Global warming caused by humans is a hoax but climate change is very real and a very real part of the earth's history.
