Looks like fun

Is there a good alum group in the area?

Obviously a lot is going on in this boil but if we want to be fair, they are using lemon juice, not lime juice. Bottle is ReaLemon and has the yellow cap. ReaLime is a green cap.

Does lemon or lime really matter after the Italian dressing and mustard?

Decent.

Baldwin County is jokingly the Furtherest east Parish of Louisiana now. Seems everyone is fleeing BR and NOLA and moving to the Eastern shore (Baldwin County, AL.)

Yes. But Baldwin county is huge.
Us in the lower part of the county have to drive an hr to most events. Talking about maybe separating into two chapters.

Well if you hired someone to cater your boil that calls themselves mud bugs you get what you deserve.

Should have gone with the Crawfish Cosa Nostra instead

I’ve had dusted crawfish, but they were always boiled in seasoning before.

Surprised they don't cover them in that stupid Alabama white sauce.

I want to know, was this style of crawfish OK'd by the Baldwin Bengals prior to this event?

I wouldn't pay them and claim a breach of contract under Unconscionability.

I'm serious.
