This. I have to watch a training video periodically about sovereign citizens because we on occasion have to deal with some of these nutcases. Talk about weird people. They sue government and law enforcement officials over the most mundane things and have some batsh### justifications as to why most laws don't apply to them. They somehow manage to be more annoying than the SJW anti police folks.
