He's still a sovereign retard.
No legal definition for "traveler" versus "driver" anyway. Court isn't gonna open up the webster's dictionary to debate this. Legal definitions are usually provided in the state code itself.

If the cop had shot him in the face a dozen times, I'm highly confident that no jury would convict him of wrongdoing of any sort - and he'd likely receive a medal.

There is one video that was posted on WSH that featured a black guy with a snake around his neck doing the same bit. He was talking filing papers with the courthouse to become his on nation and blah, blah, blah. The whole time I was like please let the snake bite the cop so he could kill that snake and that guy.

If you think that is bad, just kinda watch some of this crap. Agricultural stop that the guy refused to say if he was bringing any outside agricultural products.
The cops showed tremendous restraint. They bent over backwards to try to avoid what they did.
Stupid people.
Can you possibly imagine a cop in texas going to the lengths to not arrest someone like they did in California?
