No way someone can’t be identified. Either angle of bullet from apartments, car with occupants firing or someone outside on service road or someone somewhere close. This is crazy.

It should be, but let's be honest...
Interstate shootings are on the uptick everywhere. St Louis just had 3 in 5 days, a few kids shot and one killed a month or so ago in Chicago.
shite is being reported, no one cares. Let it be a tranny kid and maybe it makes national news.
