This one happened in April
MacAusland’s attorney asked the judge to release her and dismiss the case due to mental health, arguing prosecutors still lacked sufficient information while they wait for the medical examiner’s official cause-of-death determination.
The judge said NO.

A Wellesley mother accused of strangling her two children — a 7-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter — appeared in court Thursday after the defense pushed to have the charges dismissed. A judge denied the request and denied bail.
Prosecutors told the court they are still awaiting the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner's official determination of cause and manner of death for Kai, 7, and Ella, 6, who were found dead inside the family's home in April after police conducted a welfare check. Janette MacAusland, 49, faces two counts of murder.
An arrest affidavit alleges MacAusland confessed to killing the children after fleeing to a relative's home in Vermont with what police described as a bloody neck wound. Court records show her husband had filed for divorce months before the killings, seeking custody of both children.

If your wife says she has a job offer in Massachusetts, just take the kids and run.

She so crazy she killed the kid before It.became popular.
The lady in Jeff Parish killed her kid a couple years ago. She was poor and black though. Doubtful that helps her get on TV.
