Terrible. That area has gentrified bigley and the victim looks to have been a good person. fricking sucks how these TPOSs can cause chaos with impunity because they know there are no consequences.

There are no consequences.
If you take this a-hole and give him a brutal public death like they used to do back in the day I guarantee they would think twice. No one is stealing because they are hungry or cold. I could understand that. All these shite stains get section 8 and a check in the mail.

This is what makes New Orleans different from the rest of America (except for STL and Chiraq). The distinct NOLA culture won’t allow for someone to simply be satisfied after stealing a car. They have to complete the murder as well.
