Anyone here want to get on the Broome gravy train.

Now she's looking for ways to stream line her administration.
From the BRBR
quote:

Mayor Sharon Weston Broome’s administration will ask the Metro Council to approve $300,000 to hire a consulting firm that specializes in teaching governments how to increase efficiency and operate more like the private sector.

I bet the plan is to get the diversity plan first and use it along with the streamlining plan to get more of her people in place, but who knows?

I'm sure getting rid of 20% of the worthless staff will be automatically off the table

The one glaring problem I see is governments aren't supposed to run like the private sector.

If any part of the study has the word “hire” in it then you know it is bullshite.

This is not something you come in and teach.

It's engrained in the culture. From hiring, firing, promotions, demotions, bonuses, job structures...

While Broom has the right end result, again she's ignorant as to how to get there

I can teach that.

Lesson 1: Don't pay some frickstick like me $300,000 for some bullshite study.

No doubt they will come back with getting rid of some people, and they will completely do the opposite, thus pissing away another 300K.

Isn’t that her fricking job to run the city/parish government efficiently?

Apparently she needs a study to do the job she was elected for
