Announcement tomorrow on possible Phase 3?

Will it be announced or do tropical storms delay decision?
If announced, what would Vegas put the odds at for a move to Phase 3?

We aren’t going to phase 3 any time soon we still haven’t made it to phase 2

There is no chance for Phase 3 until after Labor Day. Though it will probably be after. We still have to go back to the original Phase 2 first.

Gonna stay in Phase 2. I'd bet good money on that.
My reasoning is this- we're approaching college football season, some asswipes up North will want the SEC season to collapse. Meantime, our Covid numbers are dropping, and we're now under 1k currently hospitalized.
Expect every SEC state to keep things the same, from now until opening day at least. Give it time for the Covid numbers to keep falling, so we get football.
If they allow even 25% capacity at games, that will give everyone good hard numbers to see if things climb with crowds or not. If we make it through 2-3 weeks without a spike, expect the nation to start transitioning to Phase 3 and beyond.

Phase 3 means 3x as many people will die

We're not really even in Phase 2. It's a bastardized version of Phase 2. More like Phase 1.5.

We are not moving to a full phase 2 (bars open)
JBE just won his 2nd judgement against bars last week, why would he turn around & let them open?
He will extend 21 more days go gave 3 weeks of #’s past Labor Day if not longer using football & flu season as a reason to stay where we are
He is also fighting SOS over mail in voting, why would he say it’s safe to go to Phase 3 but not go vote?
