Four cows died after they were freed from their pens at an organic farm by German activists – and ate too much concentrated feed. A further 40 cows are in a critical condition after they ate up to 10kg of feed at the Liebenwalder Agrar farm in the state of Brandenburg, the Berliner Zeitung reports.

I'm sure those cows are so much happier now that they have been liberated. Thanks for the help guys.

This reminds me of when an old man in prairieville had the police show up at his house because his rabbit dogs were outside in the cold and women were calling him in for animal cruelty.

All these candy assed bitch men and bitch women need to stay in whole foods and Starbucks and let the people who feed their family's and this country off of the land do their thing. They have no clue what it means to feed yourself. We kill to eat because we are designed that way and anybody who has killed their own food has far more respect for the animals than any of these cat dicks who have probably never done any preparation to food past taking it out of the package. I hate these kind of damn animal rights activist.

We had a horse growing up. This horse was old as dirt. I think the 2nd oldest horse in the parish.
Well taken care of, regular vet visits, special food, etc. but still, an old nag. Almost 40 years old.

Well my brother had a teacher in school with a young wife, and this young wife decided to call the ASPCA on us saying the horse was malnourished, which of course it wasn’t. It was just old.

So my brother went to school the next day and told that teacher to tell his nosy wife to mind her own damn business.

People want to move to a place and then try to dictate how those that have been there live their lives.

It always make me laugh to read about people calling animal control on “blindfolded” horses in fields. Those are see through fly masks for eye protection

I bought that from a guy in prairieville who put a sign up.

"The horse is 40 years old, it's fine."

Nicer than I would have been.

The whole cow and chicken thing always fascinates me because PETA acts like these things are so adept to live in the wild. They have been domesticated for thousands of years.

PETA did this to a lobster once.

It was an expensive lobster that was supposed to be someone's dinner. They "saved" it by putting it in fresh water and it died.

I had a part-time job a few years ago at Bass Pro Shops. We had a woman complain that we had amputated a leg off of each of our ducks. She apparently didn't know that ducks sometimes sleep standing on one leg.

That’s the biggest issue. People sticking their noses in things they don’t even understand.
