Charter captain is lucky he isn't wearing concrete boots at the bottom of the water with a gun shot to the head for jumping onto another person's boat.

If you go to these guys instagram accounts, they are doing stories saying they had just met the guy and had no idea he'd board the boat. They seemed pretty genuine and were in shock
