He is lucky that is all. It's a known thing that child molesters are quite often killed pretty quickly in prison.

Honest question, would most prisoners that looked like Nassar and were his size not get attacked almost immediately in prison? If there was a picture of a Beta male it would be him.

Most guys who look like Larry Nassar aren’t exactly going into a maximum security prison. They are going to a federal prison camp or low security prison where there is hardly any violence since everyone is in for non violent crimes like bank fraud or marijuana dealing without a weapon.
On the other hand, Nassar is in a prison with pretty much murderers, rapists, armed robbers, and guys who did serious bodily injury to their victims. The only people who are remotely in his league from a physical standpoint are the other pedophiles and maybe the handful of people in for vehicular homicide.

Being convicted of “child pornography” seems odd in consideration of the testimony. I hope that was just a quirk in the state law and not a plea bargain ... sick bastard should be called a child rapist like he is.

If I remember correctly, he was convicted of federal charges of child pornography. That's why he is in Arizona for 51 years. He was also convicted of sexual assault in Michigan. THere is another 40-50 years there to be served (not concurrently). He may have an additional case or two still, but considering he is already on the books for 90 years or more, it may not actually be prosecuted.
