I always thought Amy Schumer was a slob and not funny. Crass maybe, but not funny. More on the annoying side than anything.

I had a drink with her a few years ago. She'd just broken up with Jeselnik. She seemed cool then. I watched ten minutes of the show last night to see what all the talk was about. I turned it off after ten minutes. It was terrible.

I used to think she was pretty damn funny but comics need their comedy to progress to remain relevant. All she has is the 'my pussy stinks and I'm a whore' shtick. It's gotten old and repetitive.

Some people (like Lewis) probably get a pass for being very likable, enjoyable people that DO have a frick ton of good, clever, funny original material. Even if every joke Lewis ever told was a ripoff, he's still a funny arse dude. Schumer isn't funny regardless of where the material comes from. Her being funny using other people's material is even lower.

I agree. Dennis Leary stole the whole "Im an a-hole" schtick from Bill Hicks after he died and built a huge career off of it.

There weren't a-hole comedians before Bill Hicks? You people have a warped view of what constitutes original material. Reusing a fundamental theme and/or style that has been around for many years isn't stealing. Every comedian doesn't have to reinvent the wheel.
What set Hicks apart was his intelligence and ability to have a nugget of incredibly insightful in at times profound ways inserted into his routine. It is something that is rare to be able to do effectively and it is what sets apart the truly great comedians like Hicks, Carlin, and most recently Burnham imo. I guess what most people find insightful is pretty subjective though.

I don't think anyone is wanting to see her boobs.
Her unattractiveness starts with her personality. She chooses to wear clothes that as an earlier poster states perfectly, makes her look like a sausage spilling out of its casing.
Everything about her is gross. She chooses to magnify her grossness by politicizing her failed comedy attempts.
People like her and you are why America is failing.

Not a Schumer fan. Only reason I tolerated Trainwreck was because of the sports angle. That gets taken away and it's a complete shite show.

I've4 seen multiple posts lauding Lisa Lampanelli for being original and much funnier.
She is hardly hot and to my knowledge has not shown her boobs.
