The corner store down the street runs $4.50 poboy specials, and that's for a regular poboy, cut into 2 smaller pieces.
$29 gets me 6 poboys, cut into 12 meals. So I can get a lot more in prepared food than Gwyneth's BS groceries.

You can buy a bag of frozen chicken breasts for like $7.99 at WalMart.
Get some cheap veggies (fresh, frozen, or canned).
For breakfast, bananas, toast, and jelly.
For lunch, ham sandwiches.
That isn't expensive if you're just trying to survive.
