Personal responsibility comes into play and i never said the factors i listed should prevent punishment.
Those are just the causes and therefore what we should focus on.
We know being white or being black does not cause people to commit crimes because we have millions of examples of people that have those characteristics that never commit crimes.

I know this was back at beginning of August and an a typical corin420 ploy, but was the reason for being a fugitive from Missouri reported on? I feel like it was discussed here back when it happened, but I might be thinking of something else.

The problem is you keep calling poverty and education ‘the causes’ like criminals are just helpless byproducts of their zip code. If that were true, everyone from a bad neighborhood would be behind bars. They’re not. The missing pieces in your equation is personal responsibility, culture, and character and without that, all you’ve got is a list of excuses dressed up.

What is the arrest record of the perpetrator. Let me know who let him put repeatedly because that's really the part that grinds my gears. I don't care what race, gender or creed this person is. How many times has he been let out of prison?

Just because you don't hear about it doesn't mean it happens. The average number of people who are killed by police each year in the US is somewhere around 1200 people. The majority are white, after all white people are what 72% of the population in the US. But based on the news what do you think when you think "people killed by the police in the US"?
