not sure but Louisiana is home to the most frivolous law suits - whereas other states are more strict when it comes to filing lawsuits

Those rules are put into place by state governments

Lawyers are taking advantage of the laws, or lack of laws, that exist

That's nationwide and does not explain why ours are so high relative to the rest of the country.

Certainly part of it. Yall think that's the sole driver for our ridiculous rates?

It isn't. Everyone in this state knows if you get in a wreck the odds are very high that you're getting sued for pain and suffering, at fault or not. These people advertising that a wreck is a winning ghetto lottery ticket.

I wanna talk about Kim Mulkey. That outdoor light isn't kind to her or any woman over 40. But I saw her in an office setting a couple of months ago. Was too star struck to say anything other than Good Morning in passing. But she could still get it. She has a body any 20-year-old coed would envy. And if what she says in this video is true, she eats a lot of snacks and drinks Barq's root beer.

Low IQ bootlicker

Gordon is the face of Trial Lawyers
He buys influence with his trial lawyer pals in the state legislature. In this case you hate the player and the game
I’m a business owner and Gordon and his ilk are directly responsible for the insane auto premiums we pay. Getting in a wreck should not be a lottery ticket and lawyers like Gordon and Debossier grease the wheels to keep the system exactly the way it is.

This state is so shitty because morons like tgrbaitn08 laugh about it and say well at least we got some good football players out of the deal.

I’d say the people on this board that wouldn’t take his job and wealth if offered by a Genie is less than 0.5%

The state is not shitty because of a person like Gordon who busted his arse to get very rich

he’s a nice guy - people are just jealous bc he has a lot of money. He wouldn’t give you the shirt off of his back, but he’d go buy you one.

His dad was a huge winner in the tobacco class actions of the 90s. I’d imagine Gordon inherited eight figures from pops.

Let’s be real, his old man was connected with EWE. He may have worked hard, but he had connections with heavy hitters.

Again, what laws do you think allow for that?

Nope. But he certainly started on third base in 2013-2014 when he rolled his inheritance into advertising across the state.

the law that says judges can take kick backs

Oh wait there isn’t one

I said I didn’t know - so why is Louisiana the law suit state? Maybe bc there aren’t any laws concerning law suits, especially when lawmakers and celebrities take place in them - almost as if they support these grandiose lawsuits
