Every payor uses AI to process claims but it's not used in coverage decisions , claim denials, appeal reviews, etc.
There is certainly a place for AI in healthcare but not as a replacement for judgement decisions in most cases.

The chatbot cannot identify undiagnosed chronic conditions. A healthcare provider can.
