Amazon says a package was delivered but I didn't receive it.

I live in an apartment complex so it may have been stolen but I can't find the package anywhere. What do I do?

Sometimes mine will say it was delivered and nothing is there and then it turns up later in the day or the next day. If it's doesn't, contact Amazon and they'll typically replace it without question.

I've had that happen when my regular mail man was on vacation. Twice in a week. I received both packages within a day or two after receiving the notice.

Amazon says wait 72 hours.
You probably had the USPS delivery and they do this to pad their on time delivery stats.

Dude, I had that happen to me several times. My shipping tracker has shown "delivered", and it wasn't until late the next day or maybe two days until packages got delivered. I think it actually happened to me twice. I am not sure why, but when I get something shipped through USPS, evidently the mail carrier has trouble seeing the same address on a package than they do on an envelope because it's common for them to drop a package off to the same house, four houses from me.

Fed-X will lie in a heart beat. Once they said no one was home...Ahmmm I've been here all day. You cannot come up my drive way with out tripping one of 4 alarms. If someone says they ship only Fed-X I look elsewhere. Obviously sometimes I have no choice and hope Fed-X doesn't lie again.
