Go to your amazon home page, to my orders, and where it indicates "delivered" you'll find options to the right.
First go to the "Track package" page, and react there.
If that doesn't work, go two down on the right and hit "resend" and explain the problem.

I had one item that said it was delivered, but when you looked at the details, it stated "delivery available" or something like that. It was then delivered the next day.
This was delivered through the USPS.
Further, I decided against ordering something on Prime on Wednesday when it said it wouldn't be delivered until Monday. Unacceptable

My apartment has “Parcel pending” locker service you pay $5 a month for that notifies you when your package has arrived and you can promptly access using a code. I know so Braggy right?
Well the various mail carriers don’t know how to use it and it’s essentially useless. Most packages end up in the office and if you’re expecting it on the weekend, you can expect a notification that “carrier was unable to access the community”
Such a joke. Moral? Mail carriers are lazy, and regularly circumvent the advances weve made in delivery and security.
