Call Amazon and complain, they will give you 1-2 months of free prime.

I've had it happen a couple of times, mostly USPS lazyness fault.

On my last late order, they told me prime is 2 day shipping, not 2 day delivery

I ordered something on a Thursday afternoon, 2 day Prime guaranteed my delivery on the next Tuesday.

Oh sorry you can’t get your makeup in time snowflake

Why don’t you stop being an America hater and support local business instead of a Chinese company?

They now go thru USPS often. I bet that's your problem.

Never had this issue with Amazon. Most of my packages arrive the day they say or usually the day before.

ETA: If you live in a state with Amazon distribution centers...Amazon Prime is worth every penny.

UPS put my stuff in the mailbox and marked as left on my doorstep. I got another package left by DHL (I guess they're still in business) on my porch in the rain. Delivery drivers nowadays don't care and you're lucky if you get your stuff.

You realize its 2 day shipping from when it ships, not from when you buy it right?

Do you live in the BR area? If so, it’s likely that the fault lies not with Amazon, but instead with the absolutely horrible UPS center in Port Allen. I have ordered items and had them shipped to my parents in BR. The shipments have been late multiple times and lost a few times. The so-called customer service people at the Port Allen location are a complete joke. Amazon has always been very good at dealing with the situation even though it’s not their fault.

My problem with these is that they have a few shows I wanted to watch. i will go through the app and it will say that I can watch it now with prime and then I will add to watch list. Go to it on my tv when I get time to find that once I hit watch, it wants to charge me 2 bucks an episode or 20 for a season. It has done this on every show I want to watch.

As for shipping, it is really starting to piss me off too. I ordered a phone holster for work that was supposed to be prime shipped and arrive last saturday and it ended up arriving yesterday saturday. This has happened several times the past year or so.

Absolutely. Had a package that was marked as undeliverable because the mailbox and my driveway was blocked. I was home on the supposed delivery date with an empty driveway and an unblocked mailbox.

My money was on the USPS driver running late and not finishing the route because I saw them speeding down the street at 7 pm.

Emailed amazon and they refunded me my $10 but said to keep the item when it arrived.

Have to give it to them for any disputes I’ve had in the past. Amazon has hooked me up whenever I’ve had a dispute. I put them on one end of the spectrum and AT&T at the far other end of the spectrum when it comes to customer service. AT&T can rot in hell with their nickeling and diming

why havent you signed up for paribus yet?

Let paribus into your account. They automatically get you bonuses and notify amazon of late deliveries and get you free stuff. They track all online purchases and check to see if you could have saved at another seller.. if where you purchased has a price match policy, Paribus will get you the credit.

I've gotten 3 months free prime membership already... for 2 different packages that were only 1 day late
