Lots of people saying this lately. I think their DNS servers suck. Use Google or cloudfare DNS and it will avoid that problem.

I'm at the top of the IT food chain so I haven't answered calls in many years. I'm going to force you to go through the ticket escalation process and talk to 3 other IT guys before you get to me.

Being down this long indicates a fiber cut, probably a junky thinning they’re gonna score some copper but then you’re reliant on the tele company to resolve the issue which is never fast.

yep; P1 called here and i cant even go to our outside vendors to work because they're all down as well 
i picked a good morning to hit the Y for a couple hours after dropping my kiddo off at school.
