Now you are changing the argument. Of course it looks bad on the video. I had the same reaction at first glance. But once you start dissecting the incident it makes sense. They don't show the tazer. They don't show the police officers repeated attempts to get him to comply peacefully.
I think we agree on some things but disagree on the threshold for using deadly force. I think if someone has a gun and can't be controlled with the use of non lethal force then continues to fight back on the ground when a gun is present, deadly force is justified.
I think you severely underestimate how quickly and easily things can turn bad for the police when they are struggling with someone on the ground who has a gun.

I don't understand how people are just blatantly saying he had a gun and it has never once been confirmed.
I'm 100% on the cops side, but we don't know if he had a gun and when someone says he does they look worse than a BLM activist who say he was a good ole boy.

No, I wouldn't, and I've said that from jump street in this thread. If it played out that way and it got to that point, I don't fault the officer for using deadly force.

Yeah, I don't feel sorry for the guy. If you resist arrest while carrying a gun there is a good chance police are going to shoot you. No matter what color you are.
At the same time, I don't understand why cops don't tase people more often. When they were yelling at him to get on the ground and he wasn't listening, they should have tased the shite of him right there.
