And you could tell in the video his arm was still moving even after 6 shots. This guy wasn't stopping till his heart did

Yeah that wasn't a conscious movement. That was equivalent to a bug's leg twitching under your shoe.

Is it true or false that Sterling was homeless? How long has he been homeless?

Lots of ignorance in the "6 shots is too much" statements. Anyone who has ever killed anything with a gun can tell you that instant incapacitation from one shot is a rare occurance.

Use a 9mm handgun on a 300 pound man and you'd have to shoot him in the head, neck, or square in the back to get it with any consistency.

That puts to rest the "shot in the back" angle

Yeah..I had to question what the frick I was doing with my life after watching the 2nd video. The arm movement and blood pumping out his chest was disturbing

I am not trying to minimize this man's death but I've seen a lot worse videos than this on the Internet.

I don't know anything about him other than he was recently shot.

I saw the new video and Sterling's arm was under the car they were laying next to. He was reaching for his gun, which was located in the right pocket of his pants.

The cops shooting was justified because we don't know what his intentions were, but this is simply not true. In one breath you say his arm is under the car, later saying that it wasn't completely visible, but yet you're sure he was reaching for his gun.

Come on man. I've seen two videos. If there is a third, link it. As of this point you cannot see any of his right arm before the first shots. You seem him struggling with his whole body, and you can infer what you'd like from that, but don't say it is clear he was reaching for his arm when you cannot see his arm, you cannot see his pocket, you can't see a damn thing.

Seeing stuff like that doesn't really bother me, but I'd still rather not see it.

It appears that the cop's chest camera was dangling between his legs after the shooting, so I think the camera conspiracies can be put to bed finally

From what I've seen, it's a justified shooting, even if no one (possibly including these officers) feels that good about it

As have I, but there is something about it happening in Baton Rouge that makes it more palpable. This is probably the closest to home video I've ever seen of someone dying, and the reaction of the officers makes it even worse. No one wanted anyone to die there and it makes it all the more tragic.

I see numerous comments about him being tased. I certainly could have missed it but is there any news report of him actually being tased? I am not saying he wasn't. I do not see tasers in the video.

Sorry, let me correct myself. It wasn't completely visible in the video, however; one of the officers saw him reach for his gun.. Even if that wasn't his intent, he had a gun on him while resisting arrest from police. You do the math homie.

LOL, Thats my point, lets wait until all the evidence is out before stating there was no evidence showing him having a gun.
