He wasn't executed you lying POS. He was shot while resisting officers legally responding to a call. And even then, only when they recognized he had a gun and refused to stop reaching in his pocket for it after being warned and having weapons drawn on him.

This "shadow" staff is the group of mostly black guys she has already pegged to take over when Dabadie retires. Many of the current top guys, several are black guys, are leaving when Dabadie goes or before. It's only going to get worse around BR.
