Is there any talk of the football team adding a sticker or patch or anything related to Allie for the season? Would that even be something the university would consider? The National coverage of the games and even a quick mention of the case would certainly bring some much needed attention and even donations for a reward fund.

They probably won't do a thing because this was a white girl killed by a guy in a hoodie...buildings aren't burning, no riots but if it was a white guy in a hoodie, holy hell someone would be getting 5 million, public hanging downtown and everything else that goes wrong when white people are the animals.
You can keep killing each other, that's ya'll issues, but you crossed the line when you take it out on others that didn't deserve it.

LSU bows to CFB. It makes big $$$. They are not going to do anything that might jeopardize that, i.e., that might cause a black recruit to be dissuaded or that another school could use for negative recruiting.
LSU won't touch this with a ten foot pole. And if they do, I would expect it to be some rote, shallow statement.

I remember them well. But it turned out their male friend was having a shootout with their murderer. These girls were innocent but the motive and murderer were known almost right away.

Maybe you should change your pessimistic attitude and stop looking tthings to be outraged about that aren't important.
Not the murder. Be outraged about that.
But being angry about a theoretical sticker on a helmet is stupid.

Unfortunately LSU(the school), Baton Rouge elected officials, state officials , most (not all) local media, democrats in general far and wide (and some RINO’s) want this story to absolutely go away with the quickness. What they crave for right now to get the heat off of their collective asses is for some other event like a hurricane or maybe something occurring in Ukraine to turn everyone’s attention to the next shiny object of media distraction. It’s how this game is played. Just lay low long enough and the public’s outrage at tragic events like this will be cooled down. We have all seen this time and time again. The question will be if the local BR public that is tired of this occurring will continue to demand that our public officials take this serious and do something about it and not let this get swept under the rug.

This would be the lead on every news show & social media for a month covering ‘white supremacy’ and how horrible it is to be black in America. The duality in this country right now is staggering and deeply troubling. You could "live" in two distinct versions of the same place depending on your info stream.

Update on the reward attempts:
Just got off the phone with CrimeStoppers. I explained I and a group of others (tigerdroppings) would like to start a reward donation means specifically for this case and the lady I spoke to this time was very nice and seemed to have been interested in helping. She stated that they actually are already working with another group for this very thing (maybe someone else from this thread?). Their director will be calling me back sometime today to let me know where they stand and how I can donate if it’s up and running yet. She wasn’t sure of the specifics yet but did know for a fact that they’re already working with another group to start this. We’re getting somewhere.
As soon as I have specifics, I’ll post them. Let’s blow this up with money get this thing started!
