If clothing could evolve, goofy wingtip boots would be the outcome.
Clothing is inanimate for a reason, those things are absolutely hideous.
They do neither thing well.
They aren’t good boots and they aren’t presentable wingtips.
I hope they were free.

Have you ever ordered from there? I know factory seconds are usually items with cosmetic blemishes or defects that they can’t sell for full retail.
Are the defects bad or overly noticeable in your experience if you have ordered from there before?

I bought a pair of seconds and I was never able to find what the blemish was. I'm sure results vary.
